1) Marketplace model
MONEWEAR is a peer‑to‑peer recommerce platform. Sellers list items, buyers purchase directly from sellers. MONEWEAR is not the merchant of record for the product itself and does not provide rental services.
2) Purchases
- Items are sold as standard purchases.
- Buyers pay the purchase price at checkout.
3) Platform fees
- Platform commission is 5% of the charged amount.
4) Buyer responsibilities
- Review listing details and ask questions before purchasing.
- Disputes should be raised promptly via Messages and platform support channels.
5) Seller responsibilities
- Listings must be accurate (condition, authenticity, included items).
- Sellers must ship securely and provide tracking where applicable.
